Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United States. For P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and certain remote areas, shipments may be routed via USPS.

2. Delivery Partners

Orders are shipped with UPS as our primary carrier. Where UPS service is unavailable (e.g., P.O. Boxes or certain territories), we use USPS. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is dispatched. Customers must provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any free shipping promotions (e.g., “Free UPS Ground Shipping”) will be clearly displayed on-site and applied automatically when eligible.

4. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is received. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

5. Delivery Times

  • UPS Ground: typically 1 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on distance.
  • USPS: timing varies by service and location; typical ranges are 2 to 7 business days.

Delays can occur during peak seasons, adverse weather, strikes, or force majeure. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control.

6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it within 48 hours of dispatch, check your spam folder. If still unavailable, contact us at contact@vauscher-us.com.

7. Origin & Customs

Orders are fulfilled through our U.S. logistics partners. In limited cases, inventory may ship from our EU hub. Domestic U.S. shipments do not incur customs duties. If an international shipment applies, any duties or taxes will be shown at checkout or handled in accordance with our policy. If charges are applied in error, we will review and reimburse upon proof of payment.

8. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, contact our support team with your order number and—if damaged—clear photos of the outer box and contents. We may request a short video to support a carrier claim.

9. Returned or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we may deduct associated costs from any refund or charge a reshipping fee. See our Returns & Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale for details.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that shipping information is accurate and accessible. Address changes must be requested before dispatch. High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.

11. Legal Notice

Vauscher is a U.S.-registered company. This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection and advertising standards.
